Natio loves and supports native Australian wildlife
Natio's love for animals and cruelty free philosophy have been with us since day one. This is why we choose to support Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital, an organisation which reflects our brand’s ethos in making change at a grass roots level while supporting and protecting our invaluable Australian environment and wildlife.
supporting Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital
Natio has partnered with BBWH to provide quality medical treatment for native wildlife, as well as education and community support.
Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital is no ordinary veterinary hospital. The team comprises some of the best wildlife veterinarians in the country to provide immediate, expert care to threatened and injured Australian wildlife. Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital facilitates response to treat injured, sick, orphaned and traumatised native animals and prevent the suffering our precious wildlife endure during crises events like bushfires.
working to help wildlife after the bushfires
The Australian bushfire crisis of 2019/2020 was very damaging to our country’s native wildlife. According to WWF Australia, over three billion native animals were killed in the Black Summer fires, with whole populations of our most precious creatures decimated – often where expert wildlife medical care was not available.
help wherever it is needed
Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital operates from a customised semi-trailer sized veterinary hospital that can be rushed to wherever the wildlife emergency is. At this facility, traumatised animals receive emergency and rehabilitative treatment year-round from the team of passionate veterinarians.
