We currently ship internationally to most countries, however we are currently unable to ship to the UK and Europe.

For Australian and New Zealand orders, the freight charge for your order is flat rate based on the shipping destination and the preferred shipping method. This will be displayed during the checkout process prior to your order being submitted. 

Standard domestic (Australia and New Zealand wide) shipping is free for product orders of AUD$59 (including GST) / NZ$99 or more. Bag Subtotal must be AUD$59 (including GST) / NZ$99 or more after coupons and discounts to qualify. Only applies to products ordered from natio.com.au/natio.co.nz that are shipped to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. The ‘free shipping’ option is automatically applied at Checkout and are shipped via Australia Post’s Parcel Post standard service.

While it is not Natio's responsibility to charge or collect this potential tax, we alert customers regarding this possibility as a courtesy. From time-to-time free shipping is available as part of a sales promotion. 

We use Australia Post's eParcel service for all domestic orders with an estimated delivery time frame of 2-7 business days. This service provides a tracking number upon dispatch.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post with an estimated delivery time frame of up to 18 business days worldwide. This service provides a tracking number upon dispatch.

Please be aware, these times are estimated delivery times only and orders can be subject to delays due to weather, customs clearances or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note, hazardous goods, such as nail polish, cannot be shipped internationally.

Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is located in stock. If an item you have ordered is not currently in stock, you will be notified by email and refunded if you have been charged.

Upon receipt of your order and successful processing of the payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, a second email will be sent containing a consignment number which can be used to track the progress of your order online via Australia Post.

In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status on their website. If your tracking number isn't updating or working at all, please get in touch at orders@natio.com.au

Orders placed on the website will be subject to Natio's usual terms and conditions of supply.

The Natio products and services promoted on the website are subject to availability and may change from time to time. Natio may, at any time and without notice, discontinue any of the products or services currently available on the website.

Flammable goods, including but not limited to nail polishes, aerosols, essential oils and fragrances/eau de toilettes, are not available for purchase by customers residing outside of Australia.

Customers residing outside Australia should be aware that their local authorities may charge tax or customs on purchases. While it is not Natio's responsibility to charge or collect this potential tax, we alert customers regarding this possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information on this issue, we suggest you contact the relevant authorities in your state or country directly.

An order placed by you on the website for Natio products is only an offer by you to purchase a Natio product for the price (including other charges) as displayed on the website. Natio reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason whatsoever. Your purchase contract with Natio will only come into existence when Natio advises you that it has accepted your order and it has confirmed receipt of your payment.

*Important note: If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel or school, the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

Natio will make every effort to deliver on time. However, Natio shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment.
