We use Australia Post's Parcel Post standard service for all domestic orders with an estimated delivery time frame of 2-7 business days, and international standard service for orders to New Zealand with an estimated delivery time frame of 5-10 business days.

We ship internationally to most countries, however we are currently unable to ship to the UK and Europe. Charges are calculated at checkout.

Problem with pump

The Radiance Day Lotion does not always come out when pressing the pump. After one or two pumps a few drops of liquid come out, more pumps and nothing happens. I get the lotion by taking the pump with tube out of the bottle then wipe the tube. No problem with the lotion, it is feels light and not greasy, it is good. Thank you.
